Intelligent Project of Zhejiang Radio & TV Xiangshan Narada Resort Hotel
Zhejiang Radio & TV Xiangshan Narada Resort Hotel is located in the core area of China Movie Town in Xiangshan, Ningbo, adjacent to Xiangshan Movie & Television City. It is a five-star immersive film-themed resort hotel built based on radio and television IP. The project has a total construction area of approximately 30,000 ㎡ and features 209 boutique guest rooms. Inspired by "clouds", the overall design incorporates three aesthetic color tones: cloud white, Xiangshan blue and osmanthus orange. It is equipped with diverse facilities including a panoramic landscape restaurant, theme garden, water amusement area, outdoor swimming pool and wellness & leisure space. Leveraging audio, lighting and electro-intelligent decoration technologies, the hotel creates immersive scene atmosphere and realizes the integrated linkage experience of "Hotel + Scenic Spot", focusing on high-end leisure, family vacation and film, television & cultural tourism features.
The project adopts a collaborative dual-system solution of DOBAS hotel room control system and intelligent lighting control system. The guest room control system covers all 209 rooms to realize card power taking, integrated linkage of lighting, air conditioning and curtains, as well as front desk centralized management. The intelligent lighting control system covers scenarios including lobby, public areas, corridors and outdoor landscapes. It carries out atmospheric lighting layout around the film-themed color palette of "cloud white, Xiangshan blue and osmanthus orange", and uses audio, lighting and electrical technologies to enhance decorative effects, supporting the immersive resort experience of the hotel's "Hotel + Scenic Spot" linkage.
