Project Overview：

The NARI-Relays Intelligent Electrical Equipment Industrial Park is a key benchmark industrial project in Nanjing, a modern "super factory" for the R&D and manufacturing of high-end power relay protection and intelligent electrical equipment in China. With a total construction area of approximately 194,000 ㎡, the project includes intelligent manufacturing workshops, main R&D and office buildings, staff dormitories and supporting facilities, integrating production, scientific research, office and accommodation. Centered on visualization, manageability, controllability, safety, energy saving and intelligent low-carbon development, the park sets high standards for production environment precision, building operation efficiency, park energy consumption control and residential safety experience for employees. DOBAS’s full-domain multi-system integrated smart building solution was implemented to build a demonstration model for the intelligent upgrade of intelligent manufacturing parks.

Case Introduction

This project breaks the traditional single-equipment renovation model and adopts DOBAS dual-bus technical architecture of KNX international standard plus self-developed B-BUS. Five intelligent systems are deployed in one-stop mode to realize interconnection, data sharing and equipment linkage across all scenarios in production, office and living areas, thoroughly resolving the problem of isolated systems in the park: Building Automation System (BA), intelligent lighting control system, indoor temperature, humidity & environmental monitoring system, park energy consumption monitoring and management system, and integrated system of RCU room control plus intelligent door locks for staff dormitories.
