Project Case｜Chizhou Party School
The new campus of Chizhou Municipal Party School covers a total land area of 99,000 ㎡ with a total construction area of 50,000 ㎡ (41,000 ㎡ above ground and 9,000 ㎡ underground). It serves as an important base for the education and training of Party members and cadres in Chizhou. Aiming to meet green building goals, cut operating costs and optimize operation and management, the new campus sets high standards for intelligent lighting and accommodation management in teaching, office, conference and dormitory spaces.

Project Introduction: The project implemented the dual-system solution of DOBAS intelligent lighting control system and guest room control system. The intelligent lighting system covers teaching buildings, research and office buildings, conference center, canteen and public areas of dormitories. It adopts multi-mode scenes, timing control, presence detection and centralized control to realize 24-hour unattended automatic lighting management. The guest room control system is applied to student dormitories to realize hotel-style management for dormitories, greatly facilitating check-in, service call, operation and maintenance management and other links.
