State Grid Multi-provincial Power Industrial Parks Dual-Carbon Smart Renovation Project
To actively respond to the national strategic goals of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", State Grid continues to upgrade the standards for building green energy conservation and smart logistics construction, and has issued a number of special documents to specify requirements for park intelligentization and energy-saving and carbon reduction renovation. In accordance with the spirit of Document No.3 of State Grid Logistics (2022) and Document No.3 of Logistics Small Infrastructure (2023), power industrial parks of the State Grid across provinces and cities are comprehensively promoting sub-metering of building energy consumption, dynamic assessment of energy saving and carbon reduction, and visualized smart building operation and maintenance, so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional power parks toward low-carbon, digital and intelligent development. DOBAS has deeply participated in the dual-carbon renovation projects of power industrial parks of State Grid in multiple provinces and cities, and has successively implemented park upgrading projects in Tianjin, Wuhan, Tongchuan, Bengbu, Ningxia, Maanshan, Nanchang, Huangshi, Zhongxiang of Jingmen, Zhangzhou of Fujian, Ezhou, Wuxue and other regions. With a full-domain IoT perception and intelligent equipment management and control system, it builds a benchmark demonstration for smart logistics and green energy conservation within the State Grid system.
For the renovation scenarios of existing State Grid power parks, DOBAS provides an integrated overall smart building solution for energy saving and carbon reduction. Based on KNX international standard architecture, it builds a full-domain IoT perception and intelligent management & control system for the park. The system integrates capabilities including intelligent equipment linkage, environmental monitoring, sub-item energy consumption metering, remote centralized operation and maintenance, and multi-system integrated management. It seamlessly connects to the State Grid smart logistics platform to realize the integrated collaborative management and control of park equipment, energy, environment, security and property services, accurately meeting State Grid construction specifications for building energy saving, carbon reduction, visualization, controllability and high-efficiency operation and maintenance.
