Centered on zone-based pattern control, it brings the office building's lighting, curtains, air conditioning, meetings, and mechanical & electrical equipment together into one smart system. Extending upward to building automation, energy monitoring, and environment monitoring, it makes every space, every device, every kilowatt-hour, and every cubic meter of air controllable, visible, and optimizable.

Environment Monitoring
The system adopts a layered, distributed architecture consisting of three major modules: the Platform Management Layer, the Network Transmission Layer, and the Field Device Layer. It is compatible with mainstream industrial protocols such as KNX and BACnet, and fully integrates office lighting, HVAC, fire protection, power distribution, and other subsystems, breaking down device silos to achieve unified monitoring, intelligent linkage, and data interoperability across all scenarios.
1
Platform Management Layer
(Centralized Monitoring · Scene Dispatch · Data Decision)
The centralized monitoring center, property center, and engineering department are managed in a unified way. The smart control platform, energy monitoring platform, and environment monitoring platform are displayed on the same screen. Scenes for the office areas, meeting rooms, and public areas are dispatched with one tap, with the status of the entire building visible in real time.
1
Network Transmission Layer
(TCP/IP · KNX · BACnet · Modbus)
The office building LAN and floor network switches provide reliable transmission, supporting multi-protocol access via RS485, BACnet, Modbus, and more. Uplink data collects device status and energy consumption; downlink commands dispatch start/stop, dimming, and scene instructions, achieving two-way connectivity.
1
Field Device Layer
(Controllers · Panels · Sensors · Actuators)
Smart panels, dimming modules, and DDC controllers execute control. Air handling units, fresh air units, and fan coil units are connected to the building control system. Smart electricity, water, and heating/cooling meters measure energy consumption. Air, CO₂, occupancy, and illuminance sensors perceive the environment.

Covered systems: Smart Lighting · Smart Meeting · Public Areas · Building Automation · Energy Monitoring · Environment Monitoring — six subsystems operate collaboratively on a single platform.
-
Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction
Public lighting saves energy by scene, air conditioning runs by status and time period, and air handling provides on-demand ventilation — multiple measures work together to reduce consumption and lower the office building's operational energy use over the long term. -
Comfort & Health
Constant illuminance and constant temperature make for comfortable work, with CO₂ and PM2.5 controllable in real time — healthy air that's visible and manageable, enhancing employee experience and efficiency. -
Efficient Operations & Maintenance
Property, engineering, and tenant teams get tiered visibility, with equipment, energy, and environment all on one screen. Faults are proactively alerted and maintained remotely, greatly reducing manual inspections. -
Digital Management
Energy consumption is collected and counted by tenant, zone, and category, providing precise data support for office building energy audits, operational optimization, and smart upgrades.
