DDC Network Expansion Controller

BICC-8800K

BICC‑8800K is a dedicated DDC network expansion controller for building automation systems. Equipped with a dual network port communication architecture, it enables network cascading between the main DDC module and lower-level expansion modules. External IO expansion modules and special function modules can be connected to expand system IO points and functions. The number of accessible expansion modules is limited by power supply capacity, normally up to 4 IO modules. Suitable for building automation and industrial control scenarios, it can connect to various controlled equipment such as fresh air units, air handling units, water pumps, supply and exhaust fans, sump pits, elevators, fire protection systems and lighting, flexibly meeting the point expansion requirements of projects.

Function Overview
  • Dual network port design: the left port communicates with the main module, and the right port is used to cascade other expansion modules;
  • Supports external IO expansion modules and special function modules to expand system points and functions, normally up to 4 IO modules;
  • The number of accessible expansion modules is determined by the output power capacity of the device;
  • Suitable for building automation and industrial control scenarios, compatible with various field controlled equipment such as fans, air conditioners, water pumps, lighting and fire protection systems;
  • Completes data exchange of expansion devices via DDC network to realize unified management of the whole control system.
