Project Case｜China Mobile Zhonglou Data Center, Changzhou
China Mobile Yangtze River Delta (Changzhou) Data Center is located in the East China Cloud Computing Base of Changzhou Zhonglou Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of over 2 billion yuan and a total construction area of approximately 19,000 ㎡. It is an industry-leading green and smart data center and has been awarded the title of National Green Data Center. The base aims to build centralized, high-quality, peak-carbon IDC computer rooms. It adopts advanced technologies such as whole cabinets and modularization, and applies the COLD methodology for refined energy consumption management, ensuring the proportion of green power (zero carbon emission) exceeds 15%, and the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) drops below 1.36.

Project Introduction: The project deployed the DOBAS intelligent building equipment management system to provide integrated monitoring and management support for building equipment in the data center. It realizes centralized collection and intelligent management of the operating status and energy consumption data of electromechanical equipment. Combined with whole cabinet, modular deployment and COLD methodology, it supports the base to achieve efficient energy saving and carbon reduction in the whole process and meet the operation standards of National Green Data Center.
