Project Case｜Nanjing Financial City Phase I
Nanjing Financial City covers a land area of 80,000 ㎡ with a total construction area of 740,000 ㎡, comprising ten super high-rise 5A Grade A office buildings. It serves as the core carrier for Nanjing to build a regional financial center. The Office and Research Center of East China Petroleum Bureau is located in Building 9 of the Financial City. The 37-storey building is classified as a Class I high-rise civil public building with a construction area of 47,389 ㎡. It aims to build an intelligent service office building featuring "green, intelligent and humanized" design.

Project Introduction: The project deployed the DOBAS intelligent lighting control system, covering all office scenarios including reception lobby, elevator lobbies, public corridors, executive offices, open offices, meeting rooms, multi-function halls, canteens, gyms and leisure areas. Customized control schemes are designed by zones to realize linkage control among intelligent lighting, curtains, air conditioning, audio-visual equipment and BA system.
