DDC Network IP Controller
BICC-8842T
BICC‑8842T is a DDC network IP main controller dedicated to building automation systems. It connects to the DDC device network via Ethernet cable. The dual network ports support cascading DDC network expansion controllers. As the main system module, it can connect to external IO expansion modules and special function modules to expand control points and system functions. Normally up to 4 IO modules can be extended, and the actual number of mounted expansion modules is limited by the output power supply capacity of the main unit. Suitable for building automation and industrial control scenarios, it can interface with field controlled equipment such as sump pits, supply and exhaust fans, fresh air units, air handling units, water pumps, central air conditioning, elevators, fire protection systems and lighting, meeting the centralized equipment management and control requirements of various projects.
- Connect to the DDC device network via Ethernet cable and operate as the main controller within the whole automation system;
- Dual network ports with divided functions: the left port connects to the upper-level device network, while the right port cascades downstream expansion modules;
- Supports external IO expansion modules and special function modules for point and function expansion, with up to 4 IO modules supported under normal conditions;
- The maximum number of connectable expansion modules depends on the output power capacity of the controller;
- Applicable to building and industrial scenarios, compatible with various on-site equipment including fans, air conditioners, water pumps, elevators, fire protection systems and lighting;
- Facilitates data communication between the main controller and downstream expansion modules to achieve unified monitoring and management of field devices.
